Erika Jean “EJ” Bolsch is a proud United States Marine whose leadership extends far beyond her time in uniform. As a Managing Director at a Fortune 100 company, she brings strategic vision, integrity, and dedication to her work. Living and working between New York City and the Lowcountry of South Carolina, EJ blends professional excellence with a deep passion for sustainability and community.

Her journey of service began in the Marine Corps and continues today through her commitment to Veterans and their families. As former Executive Director of VetNets, EJ guided thousands of Veterans transitioning to civilian life, helping them build structure, purpose, and opportunity. She remains a devoted advocate, using her experience to support Veterans through every stage of their journey.

At Forever Home Farms, EJ brings her love of homesteading, sustainability, and beekeeping to life. Her care for the land and the hive reflects her belief that thoughtful stewardship creates lasting value.
